CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

In order to be respectful to the needs of all our patients, please be courteous and call our office promptly if you are unable to keep your appointment. This appointment time will be given to someone who is in need of treatment. If you fail to show up at the scheduled time of your appointment, it will be recorded in your chart as a "no show". Two no-shows, two cancellations less than 24hrs prior to the appointment, or two times being later than 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of $50.00.

 

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS/RETURNED CHECKS

If, for any reason, we receive a check for payment returned for insufficient funds, there will be an additional fee added to your account of $25.00.
