Key office protocols
- A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 years of age.
- Please let us know if you have a medical condition that may be of concern before treatment including but not limited to: High blood pressure, Diabetes, Joint replacement.Â
- Please let us know if you are on any medication including but not limited to: Aspirin Anti-inflammatory or arthritis medications, Heart medications. Or if you may require medication before dental cleanings.
- To ensure we accommodate all our patients’ needs respectfully, kindly notify our office promptly if you cannot keep your appointment. This will allow us to offer the time to another patient requiring treatment. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it will be noted as a “no-show” in your records. Accumulating two instances of no-shows, cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, or arriving more than 10 minutes late twice will incur a $50.00 charge. Thank you for your cooperation.
- In the event that a payment check is returned due to insufficient funds, a $25.00 fee will be applied to your account.
